Established in 1959, The Masthead and is located in the true west end of Provincetown. The waterfront compound is the perfect setting for your wedding or special event. We have the absolute best location on Cape Cod for an intimate gathering of friends and family. We offer waterfront rooms, suites and cottages and can accommodate wedding parties up to 150 persons. 2022 marks 63 years in business and we are now busy booking weddings and special events on our private, spacious waterfront compound.
